A huge thank you to Cotton Weeds Quilt Shop for hosting us in June! We learned a curve technique using Karen Eckmeier’s Making Waves book. Members also shared some of the great projects they have been working on, and several members brought their fidget quilts. Fidget quilts are 18″ x 18″-ish and have “busy” items added to them – wooden rings, zippers, velcro, fabric fingers…these are then donated to organizations that serve patients with dementia and alzheimer’s disease.
